Delivery Time
When you place an order with Matrix Imports Store, we will estimate the shipping date based on the availability of your items.
We are able to deliver in-stock items to most New Zealand addresses within one business day for orders placed during our business hours. Rural addresses may take up to three days.
Order Tracking
All NZ Courier shipments have tracking numbers & are (Signature
Required).You can use this tracking number to track your order right to your door. Just login to www.nzcouriers.co.nz & enter your tracking number. This tracking service is available for New Zealand domestic orders.
Parcels sent via Parcel Post include a reference number but not door-to-door
tracking.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders from Matrix Imports online Store are kept as cheap as possible and in most cases you will only be charged one price for multiple items purchased.
Matrix Imports Uses: NZ Couriers & Parcel Post (Delivered by Courierpost). Shipping is charged per order at the following rates:
Auckland, NZ: $4.95 (1-2 days)
North Island, NZ: $4.95 (1-2 days)
South Island, NZ: $4.95 (1-3 days)
Domestic freight rates include GST.
Returns and Refunds Policy:
In the rare situation that a product we supply you with is faulty, you can return your purchase to us for a replacement, a full refund, or for store credit. Shop with Matrix-Imports online Store and you will not be stuck with products that do not work.
To return goods, you will need to:
Email or Call us to obtain the return address to send your items to.
Return the items in their original condition.
Include your receipt (packing slip).
Return within 30 days of delivery date.
